Professional development, technical development, and professional licensing. We pay for enrollment fees, travel expenses, and time while at an event for all eligible professional and technical classes, continuing education classes, and licensing exams. We strongly encourage everyone to participate in professional and technical development.

Eligible employees start with 80 hours of vacation and 40 hours of sick leave the first day of employment.

We offer eleven paid holidays; New Years Day, President’s Day, Good Friday, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Black Friday, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day and Employee’s choice of Floating Holiday with approval.
