Job Location
This position with Four Points Land Surveying & Engineering, Inc. is located in Hannibal, Missouri. Projects are located within the tri-state region of Missouri, Illinois, and Iowa.

What You'll Do
Survey crew scheduling.
Preparation of plats of survey, descriptions and other survey and land acquisition documents.
Prepare proposals for surveys and construction lay out.
Records research online or at various county courthouses.
Perform QA/QC for field surveys and final survey documents.
Develop new client relationships and markets.

Minimum Qualifications
Survey Intern in Missouri, Iowa, or Illinois or the ability to take the Fundamentals of Surveying or Principals of Surveying within 2 years of employment.
3 to 5 years of experience in surveying.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong problem solving skills and attention to detail.
Goal oriented including being responsive, responsible, time sensitive, and proactive.
Proficient with basic software including, CAD, Excel, Word, Trimble or Leica software.
Proficient in the operations and maintenance of GPS equipment as well as robotic total stations.
Able to work in varying conditions in the field, such as heat, cold and rugged terrain.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Surveying, Geomatics, Civil Engineering or related field with an emphasis in Surveying
Professional Land Surveyor licensed in Illinois, Missouri or Iowa or the ability to obtain a license within 2 years of employment.
