Yes, of course. We realize how valuable your time is and are committed to providing personal service to our customers.

Whether we can or can't meet your deadline, we'll be upfront and honest with you from the start. We will work with you to try and handle your urgent survey request.

What types of surveys do you perform?

When is a survey needed?

That depends on a lot of factors, but certainly prior to purchasing land, building a house, installing a fence or other structure, prior to dividing land, or when you think others have encroached onto your property.

What information will you need to conduct a survey?

We need the following: your name, address, phone number, the Parcel Identification Number (PIN), Deed Book and page number, GIS (Geographical Information Systems), tax information, plats, and any older surveys of the same land.
