What You'll Do
Record and maintain accurate financial transactions in the accounting system.
Prepare and process invoices, receipts, payments, and bank deposits.
Reconcile bank statements and company accounts regularly.
Assist in maintaining accounts payable and accounts receivable records.
Support payroll preparation by compiling employee attendance and compensation information.
Maintain financial files and documentation in an organized manner.
Assist in preparing financial reports, budgets, and monthly management reports.
Ensure compliance with accounting policies and procedures.
Support external audits by preparing required financial information and documentation.
Assist with recruitment activities, including posting job vacancies, scheduling interviews, and coordinating candidate communications.
Prepare employment contracts, onboarding documents, and personnel files.
Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
Monitor employee attendance, leave records, and timesheets.
Assist in processing payroll information and employee benefits administration.
Coordinate employee orientation and training activities.
Support performance management and employee evaluation processes.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR procedures.
Assist in organizing employee engagement and wellness programs.
Handle confidential employee information with discretion and professionalism.
Minimum Qualifications
Associate's degree or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 1–3 years of experience in bookkeeping, accounting, payroll, or human resources administration.
Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.
Knowledge of basic accounting principles and HR practices.
Familiarity with payroll processing and labor regulations is an advantage.
