As appropriate for the situation, we sit down with the stakeholders including board members, council members, operators, and managers to understand the nature of the challenge and needs, desires, and goals. As a consultant, we offer our abilities, knowledge, and experience at the service of our clients. Each project is different and each community has different needs.
